The rules for using Picture Me in This, in plain words.
Who we are
Picture Me in This lets you preview clothes you own on a photo of yourself, using AI virtual try-on. It is operated from Turkey. Current operator and legal contact details are available by emailing hello@picturemeinthis.com.
By creating an account, buying a plan or a top-up, or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our photo privacy page. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. The app is not for anyone under 18.
One account per person. Keep your sign-in secure and don't create extra accounts to get more free looks.
Your photos and clothes
Only upload photos of yourself. Never upload photos of other people, and never photos of anyone under 18.
Only upload photos of clothes you have the right to use. No nudity, underwear or swimwear, in your photos or your clothes.
We check every upload automatically and may reject it. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
AI previews
Looks are AI-generated illustrations. They are not a guarantee of fit, size, colour or fabric, and they can contain mistakes. Don't rely on them as measurements.
Free looks, plans and top-ups
New accounts get 3 free looks in total.
Weekly plan: US$2.99 for 7 looks per week. Monthly plan: US$9.99 for 30 looks per month. Looks you don't use in a plan period don't roll over.
Top-up: US$4.99 for 12 extra looks. A one-time purchase; top-up looks don't expire.
Looks are used in this order: plan looks first, then free looks, then top-up looks. A generation that fails doesn't use a look.
Web payments are handled by Stripe. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
Renewal and cancelling
Plans renew automatically at the end of each week or month until you cancel.
Cancel any time from Billing in the app. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If a price changes, we'll tell you before your next renewal. The new price applies from that renewal, and you can cancel before it.
Refunds and your right of withdrawal
Looks are digital content delivered straight away. When you buy a plan or a top-up, you ask us to start delivery immediately, and under Turkish distance-contract rules (and their EU equivalents) your right of withdrawal ends once you use a look from that purchase.
If you haven't used any looks from a top-up, or from a plan charge, email hello@picturemeinthis.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store follow Apple's refund process.
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights you have by law.
Your content
Your photos, clothes and looks stay yours. You give us a limited permission to store and process them, and to send them to the AI services that run the app, only to provide the app to you.
We don't sell your photos, use them for advertising, or show them to other people using the app.
Fair use
Don't break the law or anyone's rights, try to get around our checks or limits, abuse payments, automate or overload the app, or resell access to it.
Ending your account
You can delete your account from your profile in the app. Cancel any plan first so it doesn't renew.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we reasonably can.
Changes, liability and law
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes go to the competent Turkish courts and consumer authorities, without limiting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
